Change CDNIS WiFi / Printing Password by Netpass

Netpass is a self-service password portal for staff and students to change or reset their New Network Account password to authenticate:

CDNIS WiFI
Printing
VPN (Staff only)
Shared drives like Departmental, CDNISShare, TeacherShare, TeacherPublic, YearBook

If you want to change your current New Network Account password, please follow the steps below:

Reset password

Go to Netpass at https://netpass.cdnis.edu.hk from school network
Click Forgot your password?

Input your student of staff number, then click Continue button.

Input your student of staff number, then click Continue button.
Input the characters shown on the screen into the box below them, then click Continue button

A confirmation message will be displayed.

You will receive a password reset email, click the link in the email to open the Reset Password page.

Input the new password for 2 times, then click Reset Password button. Please note the password requirements.

After successfully resetting the password, the following message will be displayed.
