Forwarding to an Internal Extension Number
All external, internal and transferred calls directed to your extension can be diverted to a different internal extension number.
You can enter the destination extension telephone number and select when calls are redirected using a programmed button.
In CDNIS, a button has been assigned to enable and disable this function.
The button can then be used to turn call forwarding on and off as required.
1. Press the "Call Forward" button
2. Once the display shows CFrwd, please input the extension number you wish to forward your calls to and press the "Done" button
3. The Call Forward will show a green button which indicates that your call forwarding for all calls has been enabled.
All calls to your phone will be forwarded to the extension number you inputted earlier.
