Follow Me To ...

While the Call Forward feature remembers your settings (until you clear it), the feature "Follow Me To ..." included in the Forwarding function can be used when you want to temporarily set your forwarding to another extension number/desk.

Once set up and enabled, all calls will go to the extension number you inputted.

Here's how to set up "Follow Me To ..."

1. Press "Features"

2. Press the up/down arrow (from the navigation key), find "Forward...", then press "Select"

3. Find "Follow Me To..." and press "Select"

4. Enter the extension number (it will show the name), then press "Save"

This feature is now activated and all calls will go the extension number you specified.

You should see the word "Status" (no need to press it) on the LCD (the Call Forward button will not be lighted).

Important Notes:

- If the extension number you entered does not exist, you will not see the "Save" button

- Only extension numbers can be entered for this feature (If you entered a mobile/external number, you will not see the "Save" button)
