Mobile/External Number - Retrieving your Voicemail
The system allows us to retrieve our Voicemail from a mobile or external number.
Unless you choose to save a message, it is automatically deleted 36 hours after it is played.
1. Dial 2240 6390
2. Enter your mailbox/extension number and # (eg. 6394#)
Note: If this is your first time to login to the voicemail from outside, the system will prompt you to record your name, please follow the instructions.
3. Enter your passcode and # (eg. 4321#)
Note: Please refer to IT's email regarding the IP Phone to find out the default passcode or contact IT/OneDoor
4. After you have logged in to your mailbox, the system will advise whether you have any new messages (and how many, if any).
The new message(s) are then played.
At any time, you may press *4 (or *H) for other options.

- Change your password - press 4
- Record your name - press 5
- To restart to activity menu (main menu) - *7 (or *R)
