Main Line Greetings

We have different greetings for our main line which are updated according to specific situations and specific times in our school year.

General Greeting: This is the message the callers will hear and where callers can immediately reach some of our departments and schools directly
After Hours - School Days: This is the message where callers will need to leave a message because it is already beyond school hours (school hour: from 7:15am to 5pm)
After Hours - Summer: This is the message where callers will need to leave a message because it is already beyond school hours during the summer (school hour: from 8:30am to 4pm)
Severe Weather Conditions: This is the message the callers will hear notifying them that all classes are suspended due to severe weather and as advised by the EDB
