Remote Set Up for Call Forwarding to a Mobile/External Number
The system allows us to forward our work phone number to a mobile or external number.
1. Dial 2240 6044
2. Enter your mailbox/extension number (eg. 6394)
3. Enter your passcode and # (eg. 4321#)
Note: Please refer to IT's email regarding the IP Phone to find out the default passcode or contact IT/OneDoor
4a. If the call forwarding number is not defined, it will ask you to update/change:
a. Press "1" to update the call forwarding number
b. Input the mobile/external number by pressing "9" first, followed by the Mobile/External number and # (eg. 996734274#)
c. Re-input the mobile/external number by pressing "9" first, followed by the Mobile/External number and # (this is to verify the number)
d. If successful, the configuration is "saved"
4b. If the call forwarding number is defined, press "3" to set call forwarding
a. Press "1" to enable
b. Press "2" to disable
